Vision
StillLab’s vision is to become the primary interface through which people interact with AI.
As AI models become increasingly powerful, the real bottleneck is no longer model intelligence alone. For most people, the challenge is how to fully unlock that intelligence.
AI needs rich context to perform well. But individuals often lack the necessary experience, expressive ability, or motivation to provide that context effectively.
This creates a fundamental gap between what AI is capable of and what people can actually get from it.

Roadmap
StillLab’s roadmap unfolds in five stages.

First, we will build a product prototype that liberates personalized expression, allowing anyone to create professional-grade audiovisual experiences without being trapped by the burden of production.

Second, around this prototype, we will build a two-sided network of Agent Creators and Consumers. Agent Creators package their taste, domain knowledge, workflows, and creative judgment into AI-native agents or templates, while Consumers use them to transform personal intent into high-quality outputs.

Third, based on this platform, we aim to create the next generation of social media — a place where people can truly see one another, express themselves more fully, and build deeper empathy through richer forms of AI-mediated expression.

Fourth, we will create the world’s best premium content — the next generation of Netflix — where professionally crafted stories, worlds, and aesthetics can naturally merge with each individual’s personal expression.
